- Prior to return, ALL returns must be authorized with an RMA # (Return Material Authorization). Without it, credit may be withheld.

- Compatible Ink, Defective Products verified to be defective or damaged within thirty (30) days of purchase will be eligible for a refund or product exchange.
- Products you believe are defective or damaged must have at least 75% remaining contents. DDPcannotaccept claims made for defects if more than 25% of the ink has been utilized.
